If you are unable to clock in or out on the app, please do the following:

  1.  Go to our HelpMed homepage, help.shiftmed.com or use the get help or chat now feature within the app!

  2.  Open up the messenger at the bottom right corner.

  3. Send in a timesheet dispute with the date, time disputed, shift, and facility worked at. Be sure to include any supporting documents such as screenshots from the app.

  4. One of our representatives will happily reach out to you as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
