If you didn't get the text code to use to be able to log into the app, complete the follow the following steps:

  • Text the word "start" to 703-662-8946.

  • Then go back to the ShiftMed App and try to log into the app and see if you receive a text code this time.

  • If you still did not receive a text code continue with the additional steps.

  • Make sure that your cell phone is running the latest IOS software. This can be found under your settings option on your phone. To see what the latest software version is available, please review the latest information on the websites for Apple and Android.

  • After you ensure you phone is updated to the latest IOS software version, you will need to uninstall and reinstall our ShiftMed app.

  • Then go back to the ShiftMed App and try to log into the app and see if you receive a text code this time.

  • If you still did not receive a text code continue with the additional steps.

  • In the ShiftMed App select the option "Get code via call". This should cause your cell phone to ring and you will be given a text code verbally.
