We have partnered with some of our Acute Health Systems to provide learning modules for our RNs, CNAs, and RTs. These modules vary based on specialty, location, and previous experience with the facility. You must complete these modules to be able to claim shifts at the facility.
How Do I Access These Modules
This will depend on the Health System you are onboarding with.

AllShiftMed is an invite only platform. Our team will send you an invite if you are located in any of the cities that our Acute Health Systems preside. You will receive an email from ALLShiftMed - check your spam as well prior to reaching out to our team.
The first invite will give you a username and password to register. Upon registering you will be asked to create a new password.
Once you are in, click “My Courses” at the top of the page- from there you will be able to start your modules. You can stop at any time and return to them at a later date.

LCMC Health
Once you upload all your credentials, our team will submit you for provisioning. You will receive an email with your login info from there – the site that LCMC uses is called Cornerstone.

What Do I Do After Completing the Course?
Regardless of which Health System, take a picture of the certificate and upload it into the “Online Learning Certificate” Credential in the ShiftMed app under either “SSM” or “LCMC” and our team will take it from there!
How long will it take me?
Time to complete will depend on your specialty and previous experience at the facility. On average our RNs/RTs complete in about 3 hours, CNAs complete in about 45 minutes.
For SSM only: If you are currently working at SSM as an on demand healthcare professional, your modules will take you 5-10 minutes.
Will I be compensated?
Yes. For all trainings you will be compensated for completion of these modules.
