To work with California facilities, you must complete the mandatory sexual harassment training certification.
Once you've completed your initial onboarding, you will automatically be enrolled in the California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. You will receive an email from the ShiftMed Learning Lab. This emails contains instructions on how to enroll for, and complete, this training. If you don't see the email, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.
You will have 45 days to complete the training. If not completed within 45 days, you will be unenrolled automatically.
Steps to Complete Training
Click the "Complete Your Training Now" button below and enter your login information for the ShiftMed Learning Lab.
Important: Select supervisor training if you're interested in supervisor opportunities. Otherwise, select non-supervisor training.
Locate the CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Course and watch the training video.
Save your certificate:
Once you have finished the video and completed the course, a pop-up window with your certificate will appear. Please screenshot, download, or print this certificate before closing the window.
Submit your certificate:
Upload the saved certificate to the "My Credentials' section of the ShiftMed app under the "CA Sexual Harassment Training Drawer".
Please Note: This is an unpaid training that could take up to two hours to complete. We will also accept other sexual harassment training certifications completed within the last 2 years.
