What do I do if I can't see an upcoming shift?

If you can't see an upcoming shift, first try refreshing your feed the same way you would refresh a feed on applications like twitter or Instagram. 

If you have been confirmed for a shift, but it is not showing up on the ShiftMed app, this does not mean anything has changed regarding your shift. It could mean the ShiftMed staffer has not yet confirmed  the shift  and has not added it into the app. Please note you can only see confirmed  shifts 1 week out.  Contact us by using the "Get Help" or Chat Now feature with the app and select staffing to get additional assistance. IF you need to cancel a shift for any reason call the caregiver attendance line at 1-855-868-0164.
