Trouble uploading picture or documents

Documents won't upload, picture or photo won't upload.

If you are  having trouble uploading documents or photos. Please go to your settings and allow ShiftMed access to your pictures and camera roll. 

Also, make sure your phone software  is on the latest software update, as this can cause issues between your phone and the app not working properly. This is also under your settings on your phone. 

To see what the latest software version is  available, please review the latest information on the websites for Apple and Android.
