If you have an Illinois CNA license but haven’t provided nursing or nursing-related services for 24 consecutive months, your certification is no longer valid. 

To be recertified as an Illinois nurse aide, please visit the <a href="https://www.nurseaidetesting.com/recertification-process/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">nurse aide testing page</a> on the Southern Illinois website for instructions on how to do so.
