You’ll have from July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, to work at least 1 shift and be entered into the giveaway drawing. The best part is that the more shifts you work, the more entries you have to win! Each shift worked will count as an entry to the giveaway.*
There will be 1 prize winner of a $5,000 bonus.

Only shifts where there were no call outs, walk outs, DNRs, suspension, or termination will count toward the 1-shift entry requirement.

How long does this giveaway last?
The giveaway begins at 12:00 am ET on July 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2024.
When will we draw the winner?
The winner will be chosen at random on or about October 5, 2024, and notified via email and SMS within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date on which the random drawing takes place.
Who is eligible for this sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes is open to Platinum Tier and Pro Tier ShiftMed employees who are active and in good standing as of 11:59 p.m. ET on the final day of the Sweepstakes Period. To attain Platinum or Pro Tier status, employees must have worked at least four (4) shifts while maintaining a show rate of at least 30% (Pro Tier) or at least 70% (Platinum Tier). Tier level does not alter an employee’s odds of winning.
When will the winner be paid?
Upon the Winner completing and returning the documents required to claim their prize, they will receive $5,000 USD, paid out as a bonus on the next scheduled payday.
Will the prize be taxed?
Any prize over $600 is taxable as income according to the IRS. As an Employee of Sponsor, prizes earned or awarded under this Sweepstakes will be considered wages paid by Sponsor to the winning Employee(s) and subject to any corresponding withholdings. Winning Employees are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the prizes. Accordingly, any amounts won under this Sweepstakes will be paid as wages to the winning Employee(s), net of all applicable tax and other standard withholds.
