A Food Handler Card or Certificate is designed to demonstrate that a Healthcare Professional has completed the training necessary in food safety, regulations, and techniques that ensures a safe environment around food. To obtain a Food Handler Card or Certificate one must take and complete an accredited Food Handler Training Course.

Some facilities in Arizona may require these for healthcare professionals that want to work with patients that are in a Memory Care Unit.
Food Handler Card or Certification Checklist
When adding your information in the app, the following must be included:
First and Last Name
The Card or Certificate, which must indicate that it is a Food Handler Card or Certificate.
Adding Your Information to the App
To add your Food Handler Card information, follow these steps:
Go to My Credentials and tap Food Handler Card located under either Required, Additional, or Unlock depending on your location.
Select Food Handler Card
Select "Next" to take a picture of the card
Click Save and Submit
