When working for ShiftMed’s acute care partner facilities, you may be required to submit a self-evaluation of your nursing skills. This process is completed in the app. The skills self-evaluation asks about your level of experience in basic nursing knowledge, patient assessment and clinical care, safety, and other applicable areas related to your professional license.
The Skills Self Evaluation is different than the Skills Assessment. The Skills Self Evaluation is completed in app, while the Skills Assessment is completed at the facility.
Submitting the Evaluation
Locate the facility you want to claim a shift at and select Unlock
On the Unlock Facility page, you will select Skills Self Evaluation.
Make sure you read and follow all the directions on the following screen.
After reading and understanding the directions, check the box at the bottom and tap Start Self Evaluation
Answer all questions on the Self Evaluation honestly and submit it to our Health Systems team for review.
