While a resume is only required in a few states and for certain caregivers, anyone can create a new resume or upload an existing one directly through the app.

When working at Hospitals, your Resume will be used to verify your work experience and clear you for Specialty Shifts. It's critical that you include as many details as possible when providing your work experience.

Resume Requirements:

  • Your name as it appears on your profile

  • Contact Information

  • Credentials such as Certifications and Specialties

  • Work Experience

    • Start date AND end date

    • The name AND location of the facility

    • Patient Population, Roles, and activities.

    • For Specialty experience, be sure to include unit information

Other information we like to see:

  • Education

  • Awards

  • Professional Skills

We cannot accept international or agency experience for Acute facilities at this time.

Adding Your Information to the App

To add your Resume information, follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Credentials and tap Resume located under either Required or Unlock depending on your location.

  2. Click Resume and follow the instructions on screen. You have the option to upload your resume via Photo (from your photo gallery) or File. PDF is the recommended file upload.

3. Save and Submit
