Why can I only claim one shift at a facility?
You must claim and work your first shift at a facility before you can ˈunlockˈ more opportunities at that location. We have you work one shift to see if the facility is a good fit for you before committing to multiple shifts.
How do I know if a facility is locked?
You'll see a message in the shift details that says, ˈwork a shift to unlock this facilityˈ.
What if I claim a second shift at a facility before working my first?
The app won't let you claim multiple shifts at a new facility until your first one is complete.
