Where Do I Submit My Documents?

Where to send your certifications, identification, health documents, etc.

After you have applied and you have been offered employment with ShiftMed you can upload your basic credentials directly into your profile!

To upload these credentials, please go into your app and either select "COMPLETE ONBOARDING" or select "Claim".  

You will be prompted to upload your Annual Physical, TB Test and then your ID in the following order.
