In order to better support the Louisiana Children's Medical Center (LCMC) facilities that we are partnered with, we have built a new credential in App allowing for a more efficient user experience and for facilities to better understand your skill set on reading telemetry strips.

What is the EKG Assessment?

The EKG Assessment is a quick method for you to show the facility your skills in reading telemetry strips. This will be completed during onboarding and before claiming an orientation shift. The app will automatically grade and create a record of the EKG Assessment. You will be able to save and exit so that you can complete the evaluation at your own pace!

  • Expires after 5 years

  • You will have 2 attempts to take the assessment

  • An 80% or higher is required to pass

  • Assessment is automatically graded and will show after submission

Do I Need to Complete the EKG Assessment?

Only Health Care Providers with a RN Professional License, Medical Specialty, and Surgery Specialty on file will be required to take the EKG Assessment.

How Do I Complete the Assessment?

  4. You will then select your answers

  5. If you cannot complete the entire Assessment you can click the “Save and Exit” button

    1. Once you decide you are ready to complete the quiz you will go back to “My Credentials” and click the Assessment

  6. When you come back you will be taken to the first question, all answers will be saved, you just needs to click “Continue” until you come to the question you have not answered.

  7. After selecting all the answers and submitting the quiz will be automatically graded and your score will display

  8. If you fail you will get one more chance to complete the assessment with an 80% or higher
