To reset your SSM Workday password you must be onsite at an SSM facility. Be sure to arrive for your shift at least 15 minutes early so that you have time to reset your password before the start of your shift. Once you have arrived at the facility you should contact the Technology Service Center (TSC) at 1-866-766-4357 option 1 to request a password reset. The TSC will require the last four digits of your social security number as a means of identity verification.
