How do I reset my password for SSM Workday?

There are a few options you can utilize when needing to reset your password for your SSM accounts.

Please Note: To avoid possible shift cancellations due to access issues, please attempt to access your SSM/SSM Workday account at least 24 hours before the start of your shift.

Option 1:

Visit the web page ssmhealth.com/passwordreset.

Select "Employee Password Reset" and follow the prompts and requirements within that page.

Option 2:

If you have set up your SSM Self Portal, you can utilize Microsoft authenticator to reset your password.

If you have not already set up your self portal through Microsoft Authenticator please refer to the detailed instructions on how to set up Microsoft Authenticator here.

SSM requires their Health Care Professionals to complete this process in order to rest their password.

Option 3:

Contact the SSM Help Desk at 866-776-4357 and select option 1 for both prompts. You will be prompted to attempt resetting your password through ssmhealth.com/passwordreset. If you have already attempted this option when resetting your password remain on the line to be connected to an agent who will guide, you through the process of resetting your password through the portal. Please note the SSM Help Desk will require the last 4 digits of your social security number as a means of identity verification.
