A resume is a formal document that a job applicant creates to itemize their qualifications for a position. This is a required credential in a few states for CNAs, LPNs and RNs, but can be submitted by anyone when needed.
The following information is what is required when submitting a Resume:
First and Last Name
Must be clear and legible
Work Experience with dates of employment period
If you are looking to pick up shifts at an Acute partner please make sure to include any additional specialties you are qualified for in order to be able to claim shifts in those specific units.
Adding Your Information to the App
To add your Resume information, follow these steps:
Go to My Credentials and tap Resume located under either Required, Additional, or Unlock depending on your location.
Click Next
Take a photo or select from gallery
You can also use the "Build Resume" button
โIf you choose this option be sure to complete all of the required boxes highlighted in red
Save and Submit
If you have already submitted a Resume you will not be able to submit another one.
If you need to upload an additional resume then you will need to do so by going to Menu > Help Center > Help Articles & Chat > Messages > Send us a Message.
