Prior to your orientation shift you will receive a Welcome email from ShiftMed which will include a copy of the SSM Health Skills and Environment of Care Checklist. Please print this checklist and bring it to your orientation shift to be completed. Note that each line item on the skills checklist requires initialing by your preceptor. This checklist is an essential part of our commitment to compliance and auditing with SSM Health.
It's important that you complete the checklist during your orientation and submit it back to ShiftMed to open up access to work at all units you are able to work.
You can do this by either uploading it directly through the app or by emailing it to ssmhealth@shiftmed.com. Don't forget to include your signature and the date before submitting.
Make sure the subject line of your email reads:
"First Name, Last Name, Skills Checklist."
