No Shifts In Your Area Screen
What Does This Mean?
The No Shifts In Your Area screen appears when there are currently no shifts available based on your professional license or your license is missing a specialty.
Don’t worry—shift availability changes all the time! If you don’t see anything right now, try the following:
Do you have notifications turned on? If not, be sure to enable notifications first to see additional features to expand your view and complete your profile.
Is your profile complete? If not, be sure to add any remaining personal licenses and specialties to expand possible results. If you need to add a specialty
Are you an RN or LPN? You may also be eligible to work CNA shifts. If you're interested, check to see if those are available to you!
Still no shifts? Adjust your address to explore shifts in nearby areas.
How to See Shifts in Other Locations
If you’d like to explore opportunities outside your immediate area, you can update your profile location in just a few steps:
Step 1: Tap Edit Profile from the No Shifts In Your Area screen.
Step 2: Update your city, state, and zip code to the location where you’d like to work.
Step 3: Tap Save when you’re done.
Once your location is updated, you’ll be able to see shifts available in that area if there are shifts based on your professional license(s).

Your Options on the No Shifts In Your Area Screen
Contact Me When Available
Choosing this option flags your account so our team can notify you if shifts matching your license type open up in your area. When selected, a confirmation message will appear letting you know that notifications are turned on. Once complete, you'll return to the No Shifts In Your Area screen.
What Would You See if There Are Shifts?
When shifts become available in your area, you’ll see a screen showing the total number of open shifts in your unfiltered feed. From there, you can explore and choose the opportunities that best fit your schedule.
Q&A: I received the No Shifts In Your Area screen, but can now see shifts I can't submit any credentials for. Why?
This will happen if you do not have verified specialties in your profile. Be sure to turn on your notifications and then add one or more specialties to change your access. You can then start engaging with open shifts!
