ShiftMed doesn't have a base rate.  The rate depends based on the day of the week, facility, shift, time, etc.  The rates are set by the facilities.

All rates are available to view in real time within the ShiftMed Mobile App which can be downloaded here.

ShiftMed employees can work up to 40 hours a week and can work overtime if it is approved by the facility.
