ShiftMed doesn't have a base rate.  The rate depends based on the day of the week, facility, shift, time, etc.  Typical market rates start at $15-16/hr for CNAs, and for LPNs, rates start at $28/hr. ShiftMed employees can work up to 40 hours a week and can only work overtime if it is approved by the facility. If you require transportation (ex: Uber, Lyft) to a facility, it will be deducted from your hourly pay, in which case it will often be lower than our starting rates.
