As a part of the ShiftMed onboarding process, healthcare professionals in Oklahoma must complete a background check that involves submitting their fingerprints to National Background Information (NBI).
To begin the fingerprinting process, visit the IndentoGO website or call (877) 219-0197. If you decide to schedule your fingerprinting appointment online, here are the seven steps you should follow:
Step 1
Visit the IndentoGo website page for Oklahoma and select the online scheduling link, which will take you to the Fingerprinting & Enrollment Services page.
Step 2
On the Oklahoma Fingerprinting & Enrollment Services page (https://ok.ibtfingerprint.com), you’ll have a few options to choose from.
If you live in Oklahoma, you should register for In-State Digital Printing Services.
If you don’t live in Oklahoma, you should register for Out-of-State Digital Fingerprinting Services.
Step 3
After making your in-state or out-of-state selection, you’ll need to enter a service code. You must enter the code 2B7N9Z and select continue.
Step 4
You’ll need to enter a determination number, a number that is unique to you. You’ll find this number in the attachment we emailed you.
Step 5
After you enter your determination number, enter your zip code to find the fingerprinting location nearest you. Select the appointment time and location that works best for you.
Step 6
After selecting an appointment, enter your contact information. You’ll then need to verify the information presented on the screen. If all the information is correct, select ‘Go’.
Step 7
Select the method of payment you plan to use for your fingerprinting services and bring this form of payment with you to your appointment.
You must finish the registration process to be fingerprinted. When your registration is complete, IndentoGO will send you an email or confirmation number.
Bring the Following to Your Appointment
· Valid identification
· OK-SCREEN Authorize to Fingerprint form (we emailed to you)
· $10 payment (credit card, certified check, or money order)
