Our shift feed only displays shifts that match your verified professional license(s). So, if you have more than one professional license, you want to ensure that all your credentials are in the app.

For example, if you started working with ShiftMed as a CNA but have since earned your LPN license, you’ll want to add that license information to the app to claim LPN shifts. Or let’s say you have a CNA license in two states; you should have your license information for both states in the app.

To ensure you can access all the shifts you’re qualified for, here’s how to add additional licenses to the app:

Step 1: Go to the 'My Credentialsˈ section of the app and tap on ˈProfessional Licenses.ˈ

Step 2: On the ˈProfessional Licensesˈ screen, tap the ˈAdd Another Licenseˈ button.

Step 3: Select the ˈLicense Typeˈ from the drop-down menu and enter the requested information.

Step 4: Tap the ˈSaveˈ button to submit your information for verification.
