Whether you need employment verification for a court document, apartment application, job transition, or any other essential purpose, we want to make your request swift, reliable, and hassle-free. In order to verify employment status, healthcare professionals must have completed at least one shift with ShiftMed. Healthcare professionals who are able to claim shifts with ShiftMed but have not yet claimed or worked a shift cannot have their employment verified. Your start date with ShiftMed is the date your first shift is completed.
Email Requests
If you need to provide an individual or organization with your ShiftMed employment details, please email the answers to the following questions to us at peopleops@shiftmed.com.
Who needs to verify your employment? (e.g., landlord, court system, potential employer)
Why does this person or organization need to verify your employment?
What information does this person or organization require? (e.g., dates of employment)
When does this person or organization need to receive your information? (provide specific date)
Who and where do we send your employment verification information?
If there’s a specific form we need to fill out, please email the form to peopleops@shiftmed.com. We will fax or email the completed form back to the requestor.
NOTE: We don’t provide letters for any verification. We supply the specific employment information that’s requested. We require 5 to 7 business days to complete employment verification requests.

Paystubs
If you need to provide your ShiftMed paystubs as proof of employment, you can download them directly from Paylocity. In case you forgot, our Company ID is 120698.
