In order to verify employment status, healthcare professionals must have completed at least one shift with ShiftMed. Healthcare professionals who are able to claim shifts with ShiftMed but have not yet claimed or worked a shift cannot have their employment verified. Your start date with ShiftMed is the date your first shift is completed.

Need Employment and Wage Verification:

Step 1:

Provide the following details to the verifier:

Your social security number
Your company code (SHIFT)

With their request, the verifier must provide a signed release from you as the former current employee to allow Thomas & Company to release your information.

We will not release any information without a signed release from the individual whose information is being requested.

Step 2:

Direct verifier to Thomas & Company's verification website at tncverify.com. They will begin by selecting the "Get Started" button and follow the steps outlined. In order to receive wage information, the verifier will need to upload a signed release.

Step 3:

Thomas & Company's Employment and Wage Verification Department will respond to the request within 1 to 2 business days.

If you need to provide your ShiftMed paystubs as proof of employment, you can download them directly from Paylocity. In case you forgot, our Company ID is 120698 if you are a ShiftMed Healthcare Professional and 314502 if you are CareerStaff (CSU) Healthcare Professional.
