And hey, if it's not the perfect time, no worries! You can always tap "Maybe next time" to dismiss the window and keep exploring.

How Do I Summon the Pop-Up window?
It's as easy as completing your shift and giving the facility a 3, 4, or 5-star rating. The moment you clock out, the magic begins – the pop-up window will be your guide. You can also expect to see this is if the post-shift rating is skipped, but you’ve previously rated that facility a 3, 4, or 5-star rating.
Why does the window show up sometimes and not others?
Our window is all about celebrating your amazing experiences! It's triggered by those star ratings you give. If you rate a facility 1 or 2 stars, we get it – that's a pass. Also, if no shifts are available, the window takes a nap.
Can I Go on a Shift Booking Spree?
Right now, the window is all about quality over quantity. You can claim one shift at a time using this feature; but don’t worry, you can still claim more shifts in your shift feed– because we know you're in demand!
