EHR stands for Electronic Health Records. EHR Competency assessments are designed to confirm that you can accurately and efficiently document patient information within the facility’s electronic system.

All Acute Care Facilities require some form of EHR competency training or testing to ensure that caregivers can effectively navigate and use the facility’s charting system.

IMPORTANT: This is completed at orientation. Each facility may handle this process differently.

What does it look like in app?

  1. From the home page in app, navigate to the facility you wish to claim. You can click "Unlock." After you complete your EHR at Orientation, select "EHR Competency" in app to be taken to the next screen.

2. Select your Competency type completed at Orientation.

3. Once you've selected the EHR Competency type you completed at orientation, give our credentialing team 2 to 3 business days to review your submission.
