When an I-9 is still pending the Authorized Representative for an I-9 can be changed.
Go to the My Credentials page
The I-9 will be Missing
Select I-9
On this screen there will be the option to resend the original Authorized Representative the email, or you can edit/update the information and click "Send Email" to change the Authorized Representative.

After clicking send, you should see a green banner at the top of your screen letting you know that you have updated your Authorized Representative successfully.
