My Authorized Representative stated that they did not receive the I-9 email.

The HCP has the ability to resend the email to their Authorized Representative. However, before resending the email to the Authorized Representative ask them them to check their spam or junk email folder.

How to resend the I-9 Email to the Authorized Representative:

Go to the My Credentials page

The I-9 will be pending

Select I-9

Credentials page with I-9 pending status

On this screen there will be 2 options available,

SEND REMINDER and UPDATE

Authorized representative information page

To re-send the email to the Authorized Representative, select the "Send Reminder" button. Reminder - ask them to check their Spam or Junk email if they do not receive it. Also, if after checking the Spam and Junk folders they still do not find it - use the steps below to check that the email address was entered correctly. Use the UPDATE option to verify the contact information for your Authorized Representative.

To UPDATE the Authorized Representative, use your finger to slide the screen up on the page. The fields needed to update the Authorized Representative are under the SEND REMINDER button. Once the screen is slide up, the fields will be displayed to UPDATE the information for the Authorized Representative. Once the desired changes have been made be sure to select the UPDATE button to save the changes. Once UPDATE is selected it will automatically send an updated email to the Authorized Representative.
