Learn everything you need to know about our payroll provider, from registering for an account to viewing your payroll information.

Paylocity is our payroll partner that helps us manage your payroll needs, from direct deposit to pay stubs to tax documents.

After you claim your first shift, we create an employee record for you in Paylocity. From there, you must self-register as a new Paylocity user to access your payroll information.

Account Registration

Register for a Paylocity account via the Paylocity mobile app or at access.paylocity.com. You'll need to use Company ID Code 120698. We recommend downloading the Paylocity app to your Android or Apple device for easy, on-the-go access.

Registration Errors

Once you've created an account with Paylocity, you can log in and access your payroll information from your desktop by visiting access.paylocity.com or the Paylocity mobile app. While not required, it helps to save your username, password, and our company code for quick, seamless access to your pay information.

Once you've created an account with Paylocity, you can log in and access your payroll information from your desktop by visiting access.paylocity.com or the Paylocity mobile app. While not required, it helps to save your username, password, and our company code for quick, seamless access to your pay information.


Reset Username on Desktop or Mobile

If you forget your username, you can reset it from your desktop or mobile device.

Reset on desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com and tap on forgot password.

  • Select need help under username and follow the prompts.

Reset on mobile:

  • Open the Paylocity app on your phone.

  • Select forgot your password or company ID.

  • Tap need help under username and follow the prompts.

You should receive a one-time code via email when resetting your username. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the code.


Reset Password on Desktop or Mobile

If you forget your password, you can reset it from your desktop or mobile device.

Reset on desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com.

  • Tap on forgot password and follow the prompts.

Reset on mobile:

  • Open the Paylocity app on your phone.

  • Select forgot your password or company ID.

  • Follow the prompts.

You should receive a one-time code via email when resetting your username. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the code.


Access Payroll Information via the ShiftMed App

You have direct access to all your payroll information via the ShiftMed app. Tap the Paylocity button, and you'll link to the Paylocity app. You must have a registered Paylocity account and the Paylocity mobile app to view your information.


View and Print Pay Stubs from Desktop

As long as you have a Paylocity account, you can view and print your pay stubs from your desktop whenever you want.

To view on your desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com and log into your Paylocity account.

  • Navigate to HR & Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll File > Pay.

  • Select Current Check or Check History.

To print from your desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com and log into your Paylocity account.

  • Navigate to HR & Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll File > Pay > Check History.

  • Select the appropriate check date and click download printable version.

  • Indicate if you want password protection for your PDF.

  • Select view PDF and tap on the print icon.

To print multiple paystubs, select the dates you need and tap view summary. Right-click on the summary and select print.


View and Email Pay Stubs from Mobile

You can view and email your pay stubs from your mobile device anytime if you have a Paylocity account and the Paylocity app.

To view on your mobile device:

  • Open the Paylocity app and select pay.

  • Tap on the current tab or history tab.

To email from your mobile device:

  • Open the Paylocity app and select pay.

  • Tap the current tab and click on the envelope icon.

  • Enter the email address and subject line information.

  • Indicate if you want password protection for your PDF.

  • Add your email body copy and hit send.

To email multiple paystubs, select pay, tap the history tab, select the check dates you want, and click the envelope icon.


View and Print W-2 Form from Desktop

As long as you have a Paylocity account, you can view and print your W-2 Form from your desktop whenever you want.

To view on your desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com and log into your Paylocity account.

  • Navigate to HR & Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll File > Pay > Tax Forms.

  • Select the year you want.

To print from your desktop:

  • Visit access.paylocity.com and log into your Paylocity account.

  • Navigate to HR & Payroll > Employees > Employee Payroll File > Pay > Tax Forms.

  • Select the year you want.

  • Indicate if you want password protection for your PDF.

  • Select view PDF and tap on the print icon.


View and Email W-2 Form from Mobile

As long as you have a Paylocity account and the Paylocity app, you can view and email your W-2 Form from your mobile device anytime.

To view on your mobile device:

  • Open the Paylocity app and select pay.

  • Tap on tax forms.

  • Select the year you want.

To email from your mobile device:

  • Open the Paylocity app and select pay.

  • Tap on tax forms and select the year you want.

  • Click on the envelope icon.

  • Enter the email address and subject line information.

  • Indicate if you want password protection for your PDF.

  • Add your email body copy and hit send.
