EHR stands for Electronic Health Records. All Acute Care Facilities require some form of EHR Competency Testing / Training and each facility handles it differently. The EHR Competency is used to prove that a caregiver can successfully use the facility's charting system to update patient records. This is completed at orientation.
What does it look like in app?
From the home page in app, navigate to the facility you wish to claim. You can click "Unlock." After you complete your EHR at Orientation, select "EHR Competency" in app to be taken to the next screen.
2. Select your Competency type completed at Orientation.
3. Once you've selected the EHR Competency type you completed at orientation, give our credentialing team 2 to 3 business days to review your submission.
