My Attendance is Wrong on the App

What you should do if your attendance is wrong on the ShiftMed app.

If your attendance is wrong on the ShiftMed app, please do the following:

  1.  Contact us by using our Chat option in the app. This can be found by selecting the hamburger menu in the lower right-hand corner and selecting "Help Center" and then the "Chat & Help Articles" option.

  2.  Open up the messenger at the bottom right corner.

  3. Send in a timesheet dispute with the date, time disputed, shift, and facility worked at. Be sure to include any supporting documents such as screenshots from the app.

  4. One of our representatives will happily reach out to you as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
