If you are working at a facility that requires a badge and you have not received yours yet please reach out to us via Chat. This can be found by selecting the hamburger menu in the lower right-hand corner and selecting "Help Center" and then the "Chat & Help Articles" option.
Below, you’ll find an example of the front and back of a badge.
Note: A badge is not required to claim a shift.
