Background Check Steps
Before you can start your background check, you must first have your core credentials verified. This includes your Professional License, Identification and I-9.
Complete the MA iCORI Acknowledgment Form in the 'My Documents' section of the ShiftMed app.
Once this form has been completed, ShiftMed will process and verify your Background Check on the CORI website.
What Happens Next
Results can take between 2-4 weeks.
While processing, your Background Check credential will appear as "Pending" in the My Credentials section of the app.
Once Your Background Check is Complete
When we receive the final results, your profile and credential status will be updated automatically. You will then see this requirement marked as complete. A copy of your background check will be emailed to you at the email address on your profile.
