Background Check Steps

Before you can start your background check, you must first have your core credentials verified. This includes your Professional License, Identification and I-9.

  • You will receive an email from PandaDoc that contains the consent forms for the Alabama Department of Human Resources check. This includes the AL DHR Elder and Adult in Need of Protective Services Abuse Registry Clearance.

    • To sign the form correctly:

      • Use the "Draw" or "Upload" signature feature.

      • Do not use the "Type" feature, as it will invalidate the form and require you to sign it again.
