Positive Impact:

  • Worked shift: ensure a high show rate by showing up to all the shifts you schedule!

Negative Impact:

Shift Violations: the following are shift attendance violations that will negatively impact your show rate.

  • Walk out: leaving a shift at any point without facility authorization.

  • Cancellation: cancelling a shift less than 72 hours in advance of the shift start time.

  • Call out: cancelling a shift less than 24 hours in advance of the shift start time.

  • No call no show: failure to show up to your scheduled shift and not calling out in the app before the shift start time.

Does Not Impact:

  • Facility cancellation

  • Unscheduled shift: cancelling a shift 72 hours or more in advance of the shift start time.

  • Sent home early - When you show up to your shift then are asked not to work.
