The data points needed to calculate your show rate are also available in the side menu of the app below your profile picture. Show Rate is rounded up to the 10th decimal place to make a whole number, so a 29.2% Show Rate= 29% and a 29.6% Show Rate= 30%.
X = Shifts Worked (includes shifts worked and sent home early shifts)
Y = Shift Violations (call out, cancellations, no call, no shows)
X/(X+Y) = Your Show Rate
And don’t worry, facility cancellations don’t count toward or against your show rate (so your shifts claimed may be higher than your shifts worked and violations.)
