To claim shifts at our partnered Acute Health Systems, you must complete specific learning modules. These requirements vary based on your specialty, location, and prior facility experience.

How to Access & Complete Modules

Access methods vary by health system. Follow the instructions for your specific partner below.

SSM Health

  • Access the modules via the ShiftMed Learning Lab, an invite-only platform.

  • If you are in a relevant city, you will receive an invitation email (check your spam folder).

  • Use the provided credentials to register and create a new password.

  • Once logged in, select “My Courses” to begin. You may start, stop, and return to modules at any time.

Genesis Healthcare

  • Open the ShiftMed app.

  • Locate a Genesis facility shift in the Shifts Feed.

  • Select “Unlock” and complete the “Online Learning Certificate” requirement.

  • Your certificate will be reviewed instantly. A failed grade requires re-submission.
